At Marcus & Marcus, no two services look the same. We design and deliver high-quality supported living that gives people genuine choice and control over where and how they live.
Our approach combines safe, high-quality housing with flexible, person-centred support, empowering individuals to live independently and participate fully in their communities.
Each service — whether an individual placement or shared setting — is shaped around the person's sensory, emotional and practical needs. Many incorporate bespoke features such as large open spaces, sensory rooms, music studios and activity hubs.
We currently support 125 individuals across 73 locations, with a strong presence across North London and a growing footprint in Sussex and Bedfordshire. Building on our established London base, we have planned developments in Milton Keynes and neighbouring counties.
People we support hold their own tenancy or licence directly with the landlord, giving them full legal rights, choice and security of tenure. We embed the REACH Standards and the Real Tenancy Test across all provision, with a dedicated housing team overseeing property sourcing, mobilisation and standards.

Ash is an autistic, non-verbal individual with a severe learning disability. He joined our Lonsdale Drive service in 2019 following a long hospital stay. Professionals predicted he would return to hospital within two weeks — with the right structure and support, Ash has gone on to thrive.
More than five years on, he has not required hospital readmission.
